Mafia Casino Responsible Play Tools

Players must be at least 18 to hold an account, and support can arrange a temporary exclusion or close an account permanently on request. We set out what is available and where to turn for help.

How we approach responsible play

At Casino Mafia we treat gambling as a leisure activity, not a source of income, and we ask every player to keep that distinction in mind. We encourage a few simple habits before and during play.

These guidelines sit alongside our account limits and self-exclusion options, which are the practical steps available if play needs to be paused or stopped.

Tools and help available to players

We ask a set of self-assessment questions that can help a player recognise early signs of a problem — for example whether gambling distracts from work or school, whether sessions are played alone for long periods, or whether money has been borrowed to keep playing. Answering yes to most of these questions is a signal worth acting on.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion is requested by emailing our Support Service Team, and the account is closed as soon as practicable once the request is received. Players who self-exclude must tell us about any other accounts they hold, since we cannot otherwise prevent new registrations, and we are not responsible for losses on accounts outside our own records.

For further support beyond our own site, we point players toward GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Parents with shared devices at home are advised to install internet filters to restrict access.

Account safeguards at a glance

The table below brings together the concrete safeguards we document, rather than a general promise of player protection.

SafeguardDetail
Minimum age18 years old to register or play
Temporary exclusionArranged by contacting support when a break is needed
Self-exclusionRequested by email to the Support Service Team; account closed as soon as practicable
Parental controlsInstalling internet filters is recommended on shared devices

These are the mechanisms we document — closure and support-initiated exclusion rather than adjustable limits set by the player.

What this means in practice

We do not currently publish configurable deposit, loss, session or wager limits, nor reality checks or cooling-off periods with set durations. The mechanisms we document are account closure and a support-initiated temporary exclusion, so a player wanting a break should contact us directly rather than looking for a self-service limit setting in the account area.

An account can only be closed once it holds no balance, positive or negative, and has no pending withdrawal requests, so settling any open balance first avoids delay when closing an account for responsible-play reasons. Our account access page covers the practical side of reaching support to start either a temporary exclusion or a permanent closure.

If gambling stops feeling like leisure, we recommend reaching out to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy alongside contacting our own support team.
